2004年7月在东北师范大学获得博士学位,专业为遗传与细胞生物学。2004年7月至2009年12月留东北师范大学生命科新京澳门葡萄城任教,历任讲师、副教授;2009年12月至2012年10月,在中国科新京澳门葡萄城北京化学研究所从事生物医学和化学的交叉领域研究工作,为副研究员。曾于2007年11月至2009年6月,在美国匹兹堡大学医学研究中心从事博士后研究工作;2012年10月至2016年5月,在美国西北大学医新京澳门葡萄城从事研究工作,先后为Visiting Scholar和Research Associate。两次在美期间,主要从事造血干细胞发育、血液系统肿瘤的发病机制和靶向性治疗研究。2016年8月调入新京澳门葡萄城任教授。
■血液系统肿瘤发生的细胞和分子调节机制研究。骨髓异常增殖性肿瘤(MPNs)的信号转导机制和靶向性治疗研究;造血干细胞和前体细胞(Megakaryocyte)异常分化分子机制及其与造血微环境的作用研究。高危骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者红系异常发育分子机制研究;早期T淋巴细胞白血病(EPT-ALL)T细胞异常发育规律和机制研究。
■肺腺癌的耐药遗传进化和候选分子标志物研究。
■三阴性乳腺癌的免疫调节机制研究。
■生物医学和化学交叉领域的研究。利用新型的化学材料建立荧光检测系统,进行新冠病毒特定序列探测,肿瘤患者基因突变和甲基化早期筛查、定量累积检测、临床相关性分析和抗肿瘤研究。
